PROGRAMS:

Every session will focus on technique training and quick athletic movement, including lateral, vertical and horizontal.

JUNIOR VARSITY (Ages 10-14):

In the JV program we address the various components of sprinting: technique, flexibility, endurance, power, stride length, and stride

frequency. Young athletes will pick up the proper techniques and key

development drills that will enhance their performance throughout their athletic career.

VARSITY BASIC (Ages 14+):

In the Varsity Basic program we work on the core components of

sprinting: technique, flexibility, endurance, power, stride length, and stride frequency. We work specifically on developing ankle strength and vertical capabilities along with proper running technique.

VARSITY ADVANCED (Ages 14+):

Along with proper technique, over-speed training is at the core of the Varsity program. We use over-speed devices to help the athlete achieve top speed without using a lot of muscular energy. Therefore, we are able to maintain the athlete’s proper technique for a longer period of time. Over-speed training also helps influence the neuromuscular system, as we trick it into a false speed sensation and build motor memory; what it’s like to be fast. Now we are training the athlete to know how it feels to run faster and maintain that speed through proper form.

3-DAY CAMPS:

During a 3-day camp we address the same methods used during the regular training but in a condensed format. We perform an evaluation with each athlete, determining the improvement areas. It is a great starter before the season. We would be happy to discuss how the 3-day camp can be used as a fundraiser for your team/school.

INDIVIDUAL:

We now offer private speed training for your athlete on a one-on-one basis. We can also do group sessions work for your team or club (Parties will be responsible for securing the workout location).
